The article presents a methodology of authorship for estimation the efficiency of strategic management system for social and economic region developing by assigning independent groups with balanced indicators system based upon integrated parameters calculation using an adjusting coefficients for every single group. The methodology also allows to estimate resilience and competitiveness of a region economic, to reveal potentiality and reserves for region economic development.
