The present article dwells upon a learning environment in the classroom, constructed with the use of ICT — a system of conditions that is created through the use of computer technology and information technology solutions for educational purposes of a lesson. Express-assessment methodology is designed to determine the quality of the operational use of software to create a pedagogical environment of a lesson that is why it is represented by a set of some of the most relevant aspects.
