Method of evaluating a leasing climate of industrial enterprise

The management of the leasing process at an industrial enterprise sets the task of identifying the leasing climate, studying the factors that have an impact on it and developing evaluation indicators in front of the scientific and industrial community. The accumulated experience in assessing the investment climate does not provide an adequate assessment of the leasing climate due to its unique specificity. The article is aimed at research on the elimination of the methodological gap in the assessment of the leasing climate of an enterprise, as a sign of the structure-forming space of the leasing process management system. The author’s definition of a leasing climate is proposed and a classification of the factors that influence it is proposed. Presents a methodological toolkit for assessing the leasing climate based on current performance indicators and taking into account external and internal environment factors, allowing to diagnose the leasing climate of an industrial enterprise.
