Methods of reliability evaluation in social and economic systems

The author presents the original methods of reliability evaluation in social and economic systems. It is argued that the assessment of social and economic systems maturity is impossible without evaluation of their working reliability being the factor of system’s competitiveness. Unlike traditional methods of reliability evaluation of social and economic systems (enterprises, firms, project teams, etc.) the author’s methods assume the descending sorting of working results for probability of their achievement (according to scree plot method), integrating the probabilistic and statistical and qualimetric approaches.
