The evaluation methodology of regions’ e-government development on the basis of the systemic-functional approach

The research develops an evaluation methodology of the regions’ e-government development on the basis of the systemic-functional approach. The author carries out a testing of the methodology by studying the cases of the Southern and the North Caucasian Federal Districts. The article suggests an algorithm of calculation of the e-government development rating.
