Features of optimization the operations of turning of gas-turbine engines details from heat resisting nickel alloys by tools from supersolid materials and ceramics are considered. At high-speed processing at the cutting speeds, by 10 times exceeding cutting speeds hard-alloy tools high-quality changes in the process of cutting are observed. It is shown that efficiency of processing significantly depends on all complex of processing conditions. The method for definition the optimum conditions of high-speed turning is offered.
