Optimization method for determination of the size of regional reserve grain fund

The article presents an overview of the development of the grain market of the Krasnoyarsk territory, the possibility of implementing a regional reserve Fund of grain with the calculation of purchase prices. The method of price optimization taking into account the production capacity of rural producers, the most likely fluctuations in grain production, the need of the region for food and feed grain, the amount of compensation of the costs of its production and sales from the regional budget, the effective demand of the population. More reasonable to address these issues the article proposes using the methods of economic-mathematical modeling with the use of block economic-mathematical model, which consists of six major blocks.
