Methods of examination of execution of the contract in accordance with 44-FZ

Purpose: The review of techniques of conducting examination of performance of the contract, their classification depending on specifics of the concrete contract and conditions provided in it. Methodology: The formal-legal method was used. Results: Conducting examination of performance of the government contract is complicated due to the lack the complete theoretically developed and almost significant technique of conducting examination of performance of the government contract and also special recommendations about assessment of such examinations by the staff of contract departments. Novelty/originality/value: In the present article an attempt of classification of the existing techniques of conducting examination of execution of the government contract is made, recommendations for methods which have to be used during conducting examination taking into account specifics and conditions of the concrete contract are submitted.
