Infrastructure projects in transportation are capital intensive, their development takes a long time and involves reviewing various options. The collection, systematization and analysis of regional transport infrastructure project results can improve the accuracy calculation of technical and economic assessment for new projects, the accuracy of budget spending and revenue planning, the transparency of the justification process and investment allocation for new projects, and provide stakeholders with scientifically sound explanations of why the actual results may differ from the expected results. One of the organizational and economic mechanisms of the implementation concept of the regional policy of transport infrastructure development is post-project evaluation. The proposed in this article methodology of post-project evaluation of the implemented regional infrastructure projects in transport defines the goals, objectives, results and procedure of the evaluation.
