Methodology for physical education lessons

The successful solution of the tasks required a change in the generally accepted nature of physical education lessons for children, where the dominant factor is the frontal method of performing motor actions, insufficient intensity of physical activity, low motor density of classes. The article discusses methods of teaching in physical education classes.
