Methodology of rating assessment of dynamic entrepreneurship development

In this article the authors reveal the current topic of dynamic development of entrepreneurship. The development of this direction has its own characteristics, which determine the prospect of economic growth, both in the country and in the region. An urgent problem today is the lack of a comprehensive approach to assess the development of entrepreneurship. The authors develop a methodology of rating evaluation, which is based on the measurement of integral coefficients. The described technique allows to assess the development of entrepreneurship and takes into account all the necessary components.
