Methodology for creating 3D models for customs control in visual surveillance systems

The article discusses algorithms, features and conditions for creating three-dimensional models of objects from digital images of inspection and inspection complexes in customs control systems. The modeling results provide visualization, detailed and high-quality image analysis of objects using digital technologies. Image processing was performed using the photogrammetric program for creating a point cloud VisualSfM, as well as the program for creating, viewing and editing a polygonal mesh (mesh) MeshLab. The choice of these software tools is based on their availability, open source, minimal hardware resource requirements and the ability to convert into common 3D modeling processing formats.
