Methods of environment aspects consideration in the national accounting system

The article considers methodological approaches to the formation of green national accounting system by studying a case of Republic of Buryatia. The author gives calculations of the natural capital depletion, environment degradation, and resource-adjusted net domestic product. The conclusion proves reasonability of the satellite environmental accounts application in the System of National Accounts.
