Method of the quality management system improvement of high-tech production based on the tacit links management in the interprocess space of technical document flow

A method is proposed for improvement the production quality management system using an approach to managing tacit links in the technical document flow system of high-tech production. An analysis of the cause-and-effect relationships of the occurrence of nonconformities in the processes of design technical documentation was carried out based on the application of classic tools of the Total Quality Management (TQM) concept. It is proposed to use elements of the artificial neural networks theory as a tool for managing tacit links in the interprocess space of the technical document flow system. Indicators of the efficiency changes of technical document flow processes have been formulated.
