Methodology for selecting control points in solving functional problems

A methodology was developed for choosing a natural number of control points in solving functional problems in computer systems with structural redundancy. The functional equations for estimating the time of task with control points executing in the event of failures and rejection was excluded. It is shown that a valid choice of control points can be made by considering the solution of a problem with a non-redundant structure. In this case, results are obtained that are close to optimal, as well as in the case when task executes in the systems with structural redundancy.
