Techniques of settlement definition of the nucleus sizes and average values of temperature in a zone of formation of spot welded connection at any moment of process on analytical dependence experimentally-settlement method of mathematical modelling of a temperature field in a zone of welding are considered. It is given results of calculations and their comparison with results of calculations by other techniques, and also with results of experimental measurements of temperature.
