Methodological reflection of the problem of determining the object and subject of scientific research in criminal procedure and criminalistic sciences

Based on the analysis of approaches to the definition of an object and subject in forensic and criminal procedural scientific research, the differences in the traditions of determining object-subject areas of research that have developed in these sciences are revealed. © Каландаришвили Х. А., 2023 Conclusions are drawn about the need to revise the traditionally established approach to defining the subject of criminal procedural research, based solely on the procedure for regulating criminal procedural activities and not consistent with general scientific ideas about the subject of scientific research.
