Methodological aspects of the partnership relations in the activation of innovation development in regions of the Republic of Belarus

The method of evaluating the effectiveness of the innovation potential of the region is developed. The estimation of the effectiveness of the innovation potential in regions of the Republic of Belarus is carried out. The theoretical and methodological foundations of the public-private partnership in the innovations sphere are developed in the article. The signs of public-private partnership and the typology of public-private partnership in innovation are identified. The areas of cooperation in the stages of the innovation process and encourage participation in the partnership of government bodies and businesses are determined. The main directions of the public-private partnership of the Republic of Belarus are offered.
