Methodological basis of study of law in sociology

The article is devoted to the bases of the necessity in the systematic analysis of the sociological methology of study of law. Besides, the author dwells upon the seminal points of this methodology and the main research approaches in the sociology of law for the study of the social and law problems of the contemporary Russian society.
