Methodological features of estimation of investment attractiveness of territories

Investment activity is one of the conditions for sustainable economic development. Each potential investor needs to evaluate and compare investment potentials and investment risks with which he may face the investment decision. To compare the investment attractiveness of territories in the economic literature, many domestic and foreign methods have been proposed, the main ones of which will be considered in this article.
