Methodological approaches to measuring the human capital of the AIC

The basic methods for assessing human capital. A constructive-critical analysis of the existing approaches to measuring the human capital is given. A model that characterizes the size of the human capital of an enterprise is proposed. The author’s approach to the measurement of human capital agribusiness in the region is proposed. The results of evaluation of human capital of the Belgorod region are shown.
