Methodological approaches to the estimation of debt management quality in the authority bodies of constituent entities of the Russian Federation

The article suggests a number of criteria for evaluation of quality of the regional debt management. The author defines the debt stability of the Russian Federation’s constituent entity. The existing methodological approaches to enumeration and content of the indices of debt stability are compared. The author proposes the indicators for the evaluation of debt stability of the Russian Federation territories as a base for monitoring the quality of debt management.
