Methodological approaches to definition of criteria of moral laws' Objectivity

In the framework of the classification of J. Berkeley the article analyzes some methodological approaches to the definition of criteria of moral laws' objectivity (proceeding from the divine origin of moral laws, apriority of moral concepts, harmony between people, and possibility to understand the objective moral laws by means of intellect). It is concluded, that all these approaches involve necessarily the axiomatic foundation.
