Methodological approaches to the development of an innovative cycle model

In the current conditions of instability in world markets, investment support from the state of innovation is of particular importance. The analysis conducted in the work showed that the funds allocated for research and development of new types of products are spent inefficiently, as enterprises are not ready to implement measures to introduce new technologies. To form a balanced investment policy, a new linear-market model of the innovation cycle has been proposed, which allows optimizing the resources allocated for financing the innovation process.
