The methodological approaches to the strategic planning of sustainable development of the territorial economic systems

Geosystemic approach to studying nature and society is represented as a scientific basis of management by sustainable development. The geographical, economic and organizational aspects of strategic planning development of territorial- economic systems are shown. The examples of the critical evaluation of sustainable development of the Dvina-Pechora region are given.
