Methodological approaches to the management of sanitation and early diagnostics of bankruptcy as elements of anti-crisis management

The scientific article is devoted to the study of rehabilitation management and early diagnosis of bankruptcy as elements of crisis management. The formation of market relations in Russia was the catalyst that accelerated the emergence of financial insolvency in most domestic enterprises. The authors examined various models for diagnosing possible bankruptcy, designed for both domestic enterprises and classic examples of foreign modeling, including taking into account industry specifics. The lack of stability in generating income and spending on financing activities, the influence of the risk factor inherent in entrepreneurial activity in a market, objectively determine the likelihood of critical situations in the activities of enterprises. It is proved that the methods of managing rehabilitation measures must be applied not only to debtor enterprises, but also to other business entities that are likely or predisposed to insolvency in the medium term. It was revealed that the results of assessing the state of enterprises and implementing managerial mechanisms depend on the professional qualities, experience and knowledge of the specialists who conducted the analysis. In order to make informed management decisions, the distribution of enterprises of various industries by classes is proposed depending on the value of the criterion indicators of the probability of an unstable financial condition.
