Today, the use of cross-channel information technologies is closely connected not only with the study of consumer preferences, but also with the possibility of verifying the risks arising in the activities of organizations in the credit and financial sector due to distortion of business processes or fraudulent actions. In this connection, the purpose of this publication is to form an independent methodological approach to identify the signs and impact of integrated risk using cross-channel information solutions.
