A methodological construct of a socio-philosophic study of civil control in the system of information security

The article discusses how to prevent the information security threats of a person and a society. Special attention is given to traditional and innovative means of the civil control, which helps to ensure the constitutional human rights and freedoms in the field of information activities. The author suggests to consider the control of availability and reliability of data presentation as a bidirectional process, when the standards are set not only for an individual, but also for authorities on the part of the individual and the society.
