In the article a paradigmal methodological aspect of information and sociocultural environment's learning is analyzed. The informational society and sociocultural environment are presented in historical context with an accent on their interconnection and confluence. In the article the development of social elements of informational sphere and their influence on the social structure's changing is typologized.
