Methodology and logistics of waste management in the organizations of power complex

Despite the existing requirements, there are certain difficulties regarding forming the processes according to waste management. Now the problem of development the methodology and logistics at the waste management is actual, both at the level of organization, and at the level of territorial formations. Development of processes is, as a rule, conducted within design of control systems. The main motive of creation the control systems is the suspense of a problem of increase the efficiency of functioning (achievement of goals) of the developed organizational systems.
