Research methodology of social health of human in local community

The author discloses the concept of "social health" as a social phenomenon and a social institution in terms of different scientific approaches. The author proposes to study the social well-being at the level of municipal government as the most approximate to the needs of residents of municipalities. For empirical studies of social health are encouraged to use methods of modern sociology.
