Methodology of studying of historical experience of working out and realisations of the Russian youth policy

Article is devoted a question of change of conceptual approaches to problems of the state youth policy, the concrete maintenance of its evolution in 90th years of the last century - the beginning of this century, and also youth socialisation in various spheres of the social validity. Base of research have made both published, and archival documents and materials. Among open publications it is necessary to allocate first of all documents of state governing bodies, political parties and the public organisations defining main principles of the state youth policy, and also social policy of the Russian Federation as a whole in 1991-2009
