Methodology of assessment of projects cost efficiency of rural tourism on the Tatarstan example

In the article it is offered a number of projects that were aimed at a development of rural tourism in the Republic of Tatarstan. We considered main stages of projects implementation. There are given calculations of the expenses and incomes that are planned to receive during implementation. Also there was defined a strategy of pricing on an offered touristic product and was carried out the assessment of cost efficiency projects.
