Methodology for determining the potential economic and intermunicipal cooperation treaty (in the "Rostov region" under development in the region)

The article on the example of the Rostov area the basic problems of socio-economic development of municipalities, for which the author proposes the use of inter-municipal cooperation mechanism. In order to organize and develop a process of cooperation between the territories were more effective in the work is a methodological description and analysis of the interaction potential on the basis of structural-logical model of economic and labor potential intermunicipal economic and contractual cooperation. Testing of such a model will help to solve the unemployment problems of the population, improvement of transport infrastructure, raising livestock and agro-industrial complexes in the municipal economy, as well as improving the functioning of the system of municipal entities.
