The approaches to optimization of document flow, forms and routes of document flow in correspondence, executive and standard documentation, and contracts at the aircraft company

The paper describes results of analysis of factual paper document flow at the aircraft company; a method of calculating the quantitative results of document flow optimization is proposed. Some recommendations for optimization of forms and routes of considered documents with the help of electronic document flow are suggested with calculation of efficiency of proposed methods.
