Methodology of design of the pressurized systems of greasing with compulsory supply of lubricant

The advanced design of a sliding friction pairs of drill bits with compulsory supply of lubricant is given in the report. The system of greasing provides continuous updating of lubricant in a support from the tank and removal of the fulfilled greasing from a bearings in the processe of drilling. The methodology of calculation of system of greasing of bearings of the drill bits is shown in the report, considering properties of lubricant, chisel service conditions, and also constructional materials and the coverings used in a friction surfaces.
