Methodology of development of cartographic competences of pupils in economic and social geography courses in secondary school

The article attempts to shed light on the formation and development of cartographic knowledge among pupils of courses in economic and social geography, geography in secondary schools. In particular, the article examines the methodology for the development of cartographic competencies of schoolchildren, and emphasizes that this knowledge will largely contribute to the formation of the worldview of schoolchildren.
