Methodology of regional economic systems development

One of the most important concepts of the development of regional economic systems (RES) is the use of a systematic and process approach in their design and operation. Particular attention is paid to the methodological presentation of the creation of the RES structure on the basis of processes and their components. The model of development of the RES structure at the level of management subprocesses is developed. The technology of realization of structural elements of RES on the basis of definition of scales of innovative potential of a condition of attributes of structure of RES is presented. The technology and innovative proposals for the development of subprocesses of RES management are proposed.
