Methodology of the company's development management system: economic factors of formation of ecological-economic personality

Safe and sustainable development of society presupposes public awareness of global problems in the environmental, economic and social spheres, which attracts interest in this issue from the scientific community. Solving problems in one of the individual spheres leads to the deterioration or degradation of others, which increases the relevance of the systemic management of the development of society and sets the task of developing theoretical and methodological foundations for the formation of a personality with ecological and economic attitudes. The article contains a description of the methodology for assessing and managing the sustainable development of society based on the architecture of a system-forming space from systemic features, represented by economic, environmental and social factors. The study presents the disclosure of the essence of economic factors, their classification, assessment and methodology for bringing them into a comparable form. The proposed structure of system-forming features based on a combination of a triad of factors allows the professional community to generate strategies for managing the content of the process of forming the ecological and economic orientation of an individual based on the analysis of operational and strategic indicators. The presented methodology of assessment and management is of practical value for a wide range of educational, scientific organizations and government agencies that are considering the possibilities of sustainable development of society and solving a set of economic and socio-ecological problems.
