Methodology for improving state ideological policy in the Republic of Belarus

The methodological foundations of the process of improving state ideological policy are determined in the context of the factor of constitutional modernization of the Republic of Belarus and changes in the civilizational dynamics of international relations. The basis for improving state ideological policy is the use of a national code as the foundation for the development of an ideological strategy. The transmission mechanism for improving state ideological policy as a factor of sovereignty and independence of the Republic of Belarus is revealed.
