Methods of diagnostics of speech development of children with intellectual disability

The article is devoted to the questions of the organization of diagnostics of development of speech of children with an intellectual disability. There identified and described characteristic problems at diagnosis and differentiation of mentally-disabled children from children with speech impairment and preservation of intelligence. In the article there also described the characteristics of logopedic, psychological and pedagogical studies. The author focuses on crucial importance in diagnostics of violations development of speech of children, on studying the history and characterization of intellectual intellectual development.
