Price forming methods: direct and indirect impact of the state (Russian and foreign experience)

The article discusses the results of a study by analyzing approaches and studying Russian and foreign experience in price regulation by the state, which will allow substantiating theoretical provisions and practical recommendations in the field of state support of the competitive environment in terms of state regulation of prices, distributing the roles and place of participants in state regulation of prices. To establish the most important procedures and schemes, sources of financing, responsibility for violation of price discipline, to develop a new economic and legal environment in the field of pricing, taking into account the prevailing flexible pricing systems in the civilized markets of developed countries that take into account production and sales conditions relating to both the public sector and private entrepreneurs.
