Methods and forms of supply system industrial enterprises

The article attempts to systematize existing forms and methods of supply and determine the most effective for an industrial enterprise. The criteria for optimizing the procurement structure are stability, uninterrupted operation and the quality of the enterprise. Particular attention was paid to the problems of competitive bidding when choosing suppliers. The result of the study are recommendations on the organization of the supply process in a modern manufacturing enterprise.
