Methods and stages of restructuring innovative systems of vertically integrated industrial corporations

The article deals with the current organizational problems of innovation management in vertically integrated holding-type corporations. Methods for the step-by-step restructuring of the mechanisms of innovative development of domestic corporations based on a systematic approach are proposed. The forms of integration of subsidiaries are substantiated in order to obtain a general corporate synergetic effect from the introduction of innovations. The argumentation for the establishment of centers for corporate innovation development is presented. The task of optimizing the organizational parameters of the innovation system is formulated.
