In the conditions of transformation of theoretical and practical approaches to regional development, activization of use of cluster approach the assessment of efficiency of functioning of a cluster gains special importance. In article possibility of a quantitative assessment of efficiency of application of cluster approach to development is considered, including both the synergetic effect, and private cluster effects, is offered model and indicators of a complex assessment of efficiency.
