Methods of assessing the efficiency of business process reengineering in the agro-industrial complex

Business process reengineering is an important tool for improving the efficiency of enterprises in the agro-industrial complex. The article discusses the main methods for assessing the efficiency of business processes, adapted to the specifics of the agro-industrial complex. Quantitative and qualitative approaches are proposed, including the analysis of key performance indicators (KPI), economic and mathematical modeling, expert assessments and sociological methods. The results of the study determine the need to take into account industry specifics, such as seasonality, dependence on natural conditions and resource limitations.
