In the framework of this article, methods for assessing the competitiveness of a service industry enterprise are defined. To date, there is no unambiguous definition of competitiveness, as well as a single universal methodology for assessing it. In addition, with respect to different types of markets and industries, it is necessary to apply a variety of competitiveness indicators. Currently, there is a problem: how to assess the level of competitiveness of a service enterprise, what determines it and how it is measured.
