The article considers method of determining aeronautical equipment functional systems reliability measures, based on the exponential distribution, statistical physical model of failures, software system ATLAS. In this article the author outlines the method, determining confidence coefficient and accuracy (relative error) in functional systems reliability evaluation. The reliability evaluation and its analysis are given in accordance with the results obtained from tests and operation of aeronautical equipment.
