Methods for optimizing the parameters of the signal-code constructions and their processing modes when receiving in channels with pseudo-random resetting the working frequency and cascade coding

The article presents a system of methods for optimizing the parameters of signal-code constructions with orthogonal signals and Reed-Solomon codes, as well as their processing modes when receiving with soft decoding under conditions of signal-noise environment uncertainty while simultaneously acting on a channel with pseudo-random restructuring of the working the frequency of two interference-barrage and concentrated in part of the frequency band. The optimization takes into account the boundary value and the worst value for the channel of the part of the band of pseudo-random tuning of the operating frequency, in which the concentrated interference acts.
