Methods of ozone rapia with placental insufficiency

Ozone therapy improves the results of treatment of bacterial vaginosis and helps reduce the incidence of inflammatory complications of medical abortion by improving microbiocenosis of the vagina and local immunity. Pregnancy, complicated by placental insufficiency, has a negative effect on the adequate production and functioning of growth factors. Patients with traditional methods of treating placental insufficiency had a significant decrease in the concentration of PFR and an increase in the concentration of VEGF during pregnancy, which can be explained by the greater effectiveness of therapy in the main group of women. In the main group of women, against the background of efferent methods of treatment and ozone therapy, there were significantly less complications of the course of childbirth and the postpartum period, and also more favorable perinatal outcomes were observed in this group. Thus, the study showed the high efficiency of the inclusion of methods in the treatment of placental insufficiency.
